Map one of your workflows with the people who own it
Scope first, silent marks, the decision dossier, then your own workflow box by box: each box marked not in place, designed, operating, or evidenced, or unknown, disputed, or not applicable. You leave with your marked map, your disagreements with a name against each, and a first step with an owner and a date.
The kit
The dossiers, one per case
The motor claim, 16 September
A settlement permitted at 15:38, the mandate narrowed at 15:40, the 16:00 payment run, a policyholder’s letter, and the questions the room answers from the record. Eight pages; pages 1 to 4 before the session.
Its answer guide is the facilitator’s, and is not on this site.
Held payments, 9 October
An act published at 11:00, in the bank’s list service at 11:15, fourteen clearances in between, a true match at 11:22, and the 11:30 batch.
Its answer guide is the facilitator’s, and is not on this site.
SME credit, 20 October
The third referral in thirty days hides a covenant breach; a renewal waits in the night’s booking batch; 380 renewals bunch at the month end; the lines disagree.
Its answer guide is the facilitator’s, and is not on this site.
Corporate actions, 13 October
An election permitted at 10:35, the mandate narrowed at 10:40, a client deadline at 16:00, and dividend season a week away.
Its answer guide is the facilitator’s, and is not on this site.
Collections, 19 September
An offer permitted at 09:48, the mandate narrowed at 09:50, a message batch at 09:55, a customer mid-conversation, and a customer who asks what the system did with what she told it.
Its answer guide is the facilitator’s, and is not on this site.
The housing allowance, 16 September
New guidance from Wednesday, an index fed on Sundays, three referrals before half past eight, a notice in the 09:10 run, and a household that asks how its income was counted.
Its answer guide is the facilitator’s, and is not on this site.
SME credit by a chain of agents, 27 October
A credit agent with two delegates; the third unreconciled spread in thirty days hides a covenant breach; the parent mandate and its two sub-mandates narrow together; a renewal waits in the night’s batch; a borrower asks which agent produced the figure.
Its answer guide is the facilitator’s, and is not on this site.
The rest of the kit
The situation cards
Situations the dossiers do not hold: from the panel, and for the ways the basis fails that no dossier runs (pollution, fragmentation, amnesia, cascade, structural distortion). Front, what happens; back, the box that catches it, the right that acts, the evidence the record shows. They are the game’s event deck as well.
The facilitator guide
What the session decides and does not; who must be in the room; what to ask for two weeks before; the four-hour agenda; the marking protocol in two rounds; pre-reading per seat; the scope card. Four pages.
The print map
The boxes with their questions, the marks, and a line for the evidence. One per participant for the silent round, one for the wall. Prints on A3.
How a session runs
- Two weeks before. The sponsor names the act, the legal entity, the environment, and the seats; the facilitator sends the dossier’s first four pages and the pre-reading per seat.
- The scope card. The room agrees what is marked: one workflow and its act, one legal entity, one environment.
- The silent round. Every seat marks the boxes alone, on the print map or in the explorer.
- The dossier. Questions on the days between the permit and the act, in the case nearest the room, answered from the record.
- The second round. The marks again, after discussion; what moved, and what stayed unknown or disputed, is the finding. Export before closing.
The explorer keeps the marks in the browser, per case; the facilitator guide says to export as JSON or CSV before the session ends. The research extract is taken only with consent. The workshop mode also runs the value slide on the room’s own figures, illustrative and never a benchmark, and prints the readiness read on one page: the boxes as marked, the three joins, the disputes with who resolves them, and the first step. A proposal for discussion; it certifies nothing.
